How do you have an ice cream business on a boat?

Hi, I am trying to have a business on my lake where i drive my boat around and sell to people i need a good and a cheep way to keep the ice cream cold for the whole day

Nothing could keep your ice cream cold the whole day unless you have a freezer in your boat.
